Hey Lady!
I'm Miranda, a mother of two and former exercise-avoider turned fitness and nutrition enthusiast. Years ago, I spent a lot of time in gym classes and on treadmills and a lot of money on exercise DVDs, supplements, and odd "fat-burning super foods". Then I made a training discovery that changed my body and my life forever. Since then I have made it my mission to learn from the best and search out real solutions to today's fitness questions. I am excited to bring my brand of fitness to the community and bust through the diet and exercise myths that have most women burnt-out and discouraged. I believe fitness, wellness, and self-care can and should be part of every woman's day-to-day routine. Those things can look different depending on your current season of life, but they can be achieved. I can't wait to help you discover YOUR best life.
